I have over (30) years of experience as a commercial valuer and extensive experience in commercial and industrial leasing and property
management in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Valley.
This experience has lead me to become a trusted advisor to property owners, banks, developers, local and state government.
My significant experience is across all facets of commercial leasing and have facilitated positive outcomes for a variety of stakeholders
involving properties ranging from modest warehouse units to large CBD office suites.
After attaining a Bachelor of Business (Land Economy), I commenced work in the Newcastle commercial market about a week after the
1989 earthquake. Suffice to say, in the time since, I have witnessed an amazing transformation of the city.
