Office Space Still in Decline in Newcastle

Owner Occupiers Dominate!

In a recent survey of industrial land sales conducted by Raine & Horne Commercial owner KS130075 (Small)occupiers were the dominant buyers.

The survey and research covered 46 sales in Bennetts Green, Tomago, Steel River, Beresfield and Cardiff in 2012.  Block sizes varied from 1800 square metres to 1.87 hectares.
