At Raine & Horne we pride ourselves on offering our tenants a friendly and professional service with rapid responses to all of your needs. To make the tenancy process as straightforward as possible, all of our major forms are available online, and you can either fax or email the forms back to us.

Applying for a property
Before submitting an application for one of our available properties you must first inspect the property; however, to speed up the application process feel free to print an application form and prepare all necessary paperwork to hand to the agent at the inspection/open house.

Moving in – key contacts
There are a few key tasks you’ll need to attend to before moving in, we can assist you with this process through a company called Direct Connect. Direct Connect will take the hassle out of connecting your utilities and services. Please see our application form for more details or visit www.directconnect.com.au

Rental payments
Under the terms of your Residential Tenancy Agreement rent is payable in advance. You can make payments by:
– DEFT Payment Systems, Provided by Macquarie Bank
– Bank cheque or Money order (fees apply – please check with your manager)
– Eftpos or credit card (fees may apply – please check with your manager)

Should you have any difficulty making your rental payments, please contact your Property Manager immediately.

Repairs & Maintenance
Should any repairs be required on your rental property, all requests must be put in writing. All non- emergency repairs must first be approved by the landlord/owner.

For any emergency repairs please contact the office of your tenancy (see details below) and you will be directed to our after hours emergency repair hotline. To repair a general repair (non emergency) please download the Repair Request Form

Vacating the premises
If you wish to vacate the premises at the end of your fixed term, you are required to give 14 days’ notice in writing.
Should you wish to vacate the premises and your lease has already expired, you are required to give 21 days’ notice in writing.
Should you wish to break your lease (vacate prior to the fixed term ending) then please contact your Property Manager.
